The postpartum period is full of changes—physically, emotionally, and within your family. In earlier times, women had the support of their extended families, learning from mothers, aunts, and grandmothers. Today, many of us navigate this time without such a safety net, often feeling overwhelmed by advice from books, online sources, and societal expectations. That’s where I come in—to support and care for you, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and finding your new rhythm.

As a Mütterpflegerin, I offer tailored postpartum support for your family’s unique needs—whether it’s handling chores, caring for siblings, or providing baby care and breastfeeding guidance. My goal is your well-being, fostering your bond with your baby while involving your family. My services may be covered under § 24h or § 38 SGB V, and I can assist with the application process.
After childbirth, your body and spirit need time to recover. I offer postpartum massages, focusing on helping you reconnect with your belly and release the tensions that build during this transformative time. My massages are designed to provide both relaxation and a sense of renewal, allowing you to feel more grounded and in tune with your body.
Navigating parenthood together doesn’t stop after birth. My “From Partners to Parents” workshops are also available postpartum, helping couples strengthen their relationship as their baby grows. Topics include sharing responsibilities, maintaining connection, and preparing for future changes as a family.
Introducing solids is an exciting milestone but can also be overwhelming. Whether you prefer traditional purées or Baby-Led Weaning (BLW), I can guide you through the process, helping you feel confident and prepared. We can start the conversation around 4 months, so you’re ready to begin at 6 months without added stress.
Carrying your baby is a great way to bond and soothe them, but choosing the right carrier can be tricky. I’ll help you find the best option—wrap, sling, or preformed carrier—guide you on safe use, and share tips for comfort and practicality for both you and your baby.
